It's time to pop open the champagne for the new buyers of Britney Spears' gulf front condo in Destin, Florida. Sold by agent Niki Noblin, of Destin Real Estate, this was a sale that happened very quickly for everyone involved.

It all began when our future client's fiancée saw one of the many articles about the famous Regency Towers penthouse going up for sale, and decided they had to see it.
