Exploring Spring Real Estate Trends in Destin

It's springtime in Destin and we thought it was time for a April 2024 market update. Looking at Destin, Florida and the surrounding 30A, we're starting to see a spike in listing activity with a huge increase of homes and condos for sale in Destin, Miramar Beach and the surrounding areas. It seems that every week the collection of New Listings is growing.

Overall, real estate prices in Destin and 30A-East have increased and sales have remained close to or slightly lower than April, 2023. Sellers are beginning to list more and more, but buyers are still a bit apprehensive; perhaps waiting for a sign that mortgage rates will begin trending south. Once that happens, we'll have a more favorable buyers market…
