Fall 2018 Events in Destin & 30A
After summer starts to wind down, you'll have no problem keeping busy. This is the time when the Destin time honored events re-surface, like the Fishing Rodeo, Beer and Seafood Festivals, HarborFest and the Holiday Boat Parade (31 years running) and so much more.
Here is a list of some of the top events going on this Fall in Destin and the 30A.
November 2018
Blues, Brews & BBQ - November 3, 2018, 12 pm - 4 pm
Area restaurants compete in a BBQ competion - great food and music. Advance tickets, $25; day of event, $30.
Cooking with the Chef - November 6, 2018, 12 pm
Watch Chef Jimmy McManus in action as he prepares a meal. All-inclusive price is $32 and includes complimentary glass of wine.
Takes place at the HarborView room at Emerald Grande. Reservations required, 850-424-0622.
Sandestin Foundation for Kids Gameday 5K - November 11, 2018, 8 am
Annual 1-mile fun run for kids 12 and younger. After the race there will be a party and games.
Takes place at the Baytowne Marina at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.More Info: sandestinfoundationforkids.org
24th Annual Thanksgiving at Harbor Docks - November 22, 11 am - 7 pm
Enjoy a FREE traditional Thanksgiving Day meal with turkey, ham, and all the trimmings served by Habitat volunteers. No reservations required. Donations will be accepted but are not required, proceeds to benefit Okaloosa Habitat and Destin Harvest. Anyone interested in volunteering with Habitat at the event please email volunteer@habitatfwb.org.
Santa's Magical Arrival at HarborWalk Village - November 24 & 25th, 2018, 12 pm
Mr. & Mrs Claus make their grande entrance at HarborWalk Village. Get a free photo with Santa and bring your letter to Santa to drop off at the North Pole mailbox.
December 2018
Holiday Concert Series - Most Wednesdays in December
A different holiday concert on December 5, 12, 19th at Baytowne Wharf.

31st Annual Holiday on the Harbor Destin Boat Parade - December 9, 2018, 12 pm
Visit with Santa Claus at the HarborWalk main stage until 4, then watch the boat parade starting at 6 pm with fireworks and fire spinning at the main stage.

Grand Boulevard Farmers Market - Every Saturday | 9am-1pm
This outdoor market in Sandestin's Town Center features dozens of vendors offering food items, produce, gift items, bread and more.
Artwalk on the Harbor - Held the 3rd Sunday of each month | 11 am-4 pm
There will be more than 40 vendors including painters, jewelers, photographers, sculptors, soap makers, and even artisan foods. Located just below Margaritaville, and to the west of AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, the Destin Harbor.
