Every year leading up to Halloween people are looking for spooky fun. Whether it's a campfire ghost story or a seriously scary haunting, Northwest Florida has some impressive haunted places to offer. From the expected vintage homes to the unexpected administration building, here are the top ten eerie places to explore in the Florida Panhandle.
1. Martin House - Panama City, Florida
Infamous among locals for being the haunted location for the murder of an entire family, Martin House is now owned by Rock-Tenn paper mill and the lower level is used occasionally for meetings. The beautiful white turn of the century farmhouse exterior hides a malevolent haunting said to result from the murder-suicide of an entire family.

There is so much to do in the Destin area during the summer months. Fishing tournaments, boating, live entertainment, farmer's markets - it's a veritable buffet of summer fun. If you've never been to the docks to watch the weigh-ins during the Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic, you're missing a real treat. As we get closer to spring, watch for the ever popular fishing tournaments, including the Cobia Tournament commencing in March.

20th Annual Destin Cobia Tournament - March 1 - April 30th The 20th Annual Destin Cobia Tournament presented by HarborWalk Marina attracts hundreds of first time to experienced anglers to compete. Fall is a wonderful time of year in Destin. The kids are back in school and life has begun to return to normal again.
