There are eight Harbor Landing Condos for Sale right now, which is one less than the nine that sold in 2013. Located on Holiday Isle, condos in Harbor Landing are some of the most desirable on the harbor.  About 1/3 of the units have boat slips with lifts that accomodate center console fishing boats, cruisers, or deck boats.

The Median sales price at Harbor Landing has remained fairly stable for the past three years but the average sales price per square foot increased more than 20% from 2012 and 10% from 2011.  Clearly, condo values have not only stabilized but have started to appreciate again.  The increase in days on market is attributed to a few sellers who decided to sell after having their units listed above market for several months.

Harbor Landing consists of two buildings referred to as "A" and "B".  Built in 2004 & 2006, the spacious condos have granite countertops, 10 foot ceilings, and large balconies.  The building was constructed out of concrete, steel, and impact resistant windows according to the latest building codes.  Every owner has one covered, assigned parking space and there are other general parking places outside.

Harbor landing has deeded beach access within 100 yards of the building.  Owners also enjoy the use of two tropical pools with one of those resevered for owner's only.  There are a few enclosed garages and these can sometimes be purchased separately.
