2018 Destin market stats

Thinking of buying or listing a home or condo in Destin or along the 30A? The following stats show you the top selling markets, overall sales stats comparing the 1st quarter in 2017 vs 2017, and where we've seen the highest price increases.

  

2018 1st Quarter Condo Sales for Destin & 30A

Condos in the Destin and 30A area saw more substantial increases with a 21% gain overall in average condo prices. Several areas saw huge price increases including: 30A East (+71%), 30A West (+35%), Miramar/Sandestin Resort (+31%), and Niceville (+13%). There were 500 condos sold in the first quarter 2018 for an average 96% of list price.

The highest price condo sold was $2,200,000 in Sanctuary by the Sea.

2018 Destin condo stats

The numbers are in for the top selling condos in the Destin, 30A area. The new Henderson Lofts, Sandpiper Cove and Palms of Destin took the top three spots. The first quarter started with a bang with 500 condos selling in 2018 (a 10% increase from 2017). The average selling price also increased by a substantial 21%. 2017 Condo Sales for Destin & 30A

The number of condos sold along the Emerald Coast increased by 12% compared to 2016. We saw huge increases in Niceville (+68%) and North Santa Rosa Beach (+50%). Average sale prices increased by 5%. Niceville condo owners will appreciate a 20% increase in average sale price and and 11% increase for Destin condos.
