2018 YTD Condo Sales for Destin & 30A

Destin condo sales increased by 24% with a 5% increase in Average Sales. The new Henderson Lofts has really taken off with 34 sales during this time period. Holiday Surf & Racquet, Silver Shells and Sterling Shores.

Condos in Miramar / Sandestin Resort showed a 21% increase in Number Sold and a substantial 20% Price Increase. Popular properties included Alerio, Amalfi Coast Resort, Ariel Dunes, Grand Dunes, Luau I & II, Tides at Tops'l and Tops'l Beach Manor.

The numbers are in for the top selling condos in the Destin, 30A area. The new Henderson Lofts, Sandpiper Cove and Palms of Destin took the top three spots. The first quarter started with a bang with 500 condos selling in 2018 (a 10% increase from 2017). The average selling price also increased by a substantial 21%. The numbers are in for the top selling condos in the Destin, 30A area. The top three spots are once again Sandpiper Cove, Ariel Dunes and Waterscape. Overall, we saw a 12% increase in the number of condos sold along the Emerald Coast with prices going up an average 5%.

Ariel Dunes, located in Miramar Beach is moderately priced from the mid $200s to the mid $400s. It's a perfect spot for a vacation with lake and Gulf of Mexico views, resort-style amenities and golf course.

Sandpiper Cove is a low-rise condo in Holiday Isle and directly across the street from the beach entrance. Condos are economically priced from the mid $100s to the mid $300s.

About half the condo sales went to buyers planning on using them as vacation rentals while the balance will be used as primary or second homes. The most expensive closed for $2,000,000 while the median price was $659,500. The average days on market were 187, with 28% selling in 1 month or less.
