8 Reasons Why You Should Buy a Destin Beachfront Home

Most people don't need to be talked into buying a Destin beachfront home, but in case you're having doubts, here are a few reminders why this is probably the smartest real estate decision you'll ever make.

1. Great Investment

The investment can't be beat, even after a down market, beachfront real estate is the first to recover. Upscale gated communities such as Dunes of Destin with prices well into the millions, still have a strong market.

2. Lucrative Rental Properties

Rental properties closest to the beach are typically the first to be rented and for higher leasing fees than listings further from the water. Areas such as Crystal Beach, Destiny by the Sea, or Holiday Isle offer extremely lucrative and high demand beachfront vacation rentals in Destin.

3. Create Lasting Family Memories

Vacation homes on the beach will be visited year after years and create memories that your family will share for decades.

4. Natural Beauty

Beachfront real estate offers front row seats to some of the most intoxicatingly beautiful sunsets and unobstructed Gulf views you'll ever experience. Ask anyone who lives in Destin Pointe. The never ending Gulf vistas and harbor views offer a never ending source of entertainment and wonder. This is an upgrade that can't be added to just any home, it comes with the location.

5. Wildlife at Your Doorstep

The wonders of nature are literally at your doorstep. Observe dolphins, sea turtles, marine birds and other wildlife in their purest form right from your home.

6. Boating & Fishing Heaven

Whether you're a boater, enjoy fishing, swimming, or just lounging on the beach - you've got immediate access to all that the Gulf coast offers.

7. Chillin Beachfront Towns

The coastal communities have a relaxed vibe that you just can't find in other places. Oozing with charm and filled with trendy little shops and restaurants, you'll never tire of the atmosphere.

8. Everyone Wants a Beachfront Home

Let's face it, a Destin beachfront home is just the most enviable piece of real estate on the planet and once you've owned one, you'll never go back.

Sometimes it's not so easy finding an actual beachfront property in Destin, if it was, then everyone would have one. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we will gladly send you listing updates, the moment one of these elusive properties appears on the Destin market.
