Destin Harborfront Condos
For those who prefer boating to beaching, a Destin Harborfront condo is the perfect choice. The harbor is located at the west end of Destin and bordered by Holiday Isle to the South. It provides a protected and deepwater inlet for boat dockage while maintaining easy access to the East Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. In fact this is where you will find the famous Destin fishing fleet.
There are so many properties to choose from, so it's helpful to have an idea of what you're looking for in your harbor condominium. For instance, do you need deepwater dockage? Will you need a long (60 feet or more) boatslip? Will this be your primary residence or just a weekend get-away? How you answer these questions will determine which Destin condo is perfect for you.

Destin Harbor Condominiums
Which condo on the harbor has the best view?
You won’t go wrong with the Ultimate and Waterview Towers (two buildings). Fronting the East Pass, these complexes have postcard views and beautiful swimming beaches. With an average unit size of around 2,500 sf, garages, and deep water boatslips, these condos make perfect full time residences.
Which Harborfront condo is best for year around living?
Grand Harbor is located on the north side and offers units with 4 bedrooms ranging in size from 2,900 sf to 5,000 sf. Grand Harbor also has covered parking, private pool and large boat slips.
Which condo has deeded beach access?
Harbor Landing does and is also one of the newer developments in the area. The complex also has two pools and about 30% of the units come with a boatslip.
Which condo has the best dockage and longest boat slips?
Fortunately, almost all condos on the Destin Harbor have deep water dockage that will accommodate sail boats, cruisers, and large fishing boats. Boat slip length is a little trickier though with the most common size being 30-40 ft. and these can be found at about anywhere. If you need 60+ feet, your best choice is going to be East Pass, Waterview Towers, Grand Harbor and the Destin Yacht Club.
