The Heart of Seaside is Family

Tantalized by the same sandy beaches and turquoise water, J.S. Smolian purchased 80 acres in 1946 to realize his dream of a Seaside family retreat. His grandson, Robert Davis, carried on the dream by incorporating an array of schools of architecture which resulted in 300 unique Seaside homes.
