Developments in WaterColor have been spread through four separate phases, each targeting a different area and amenity group. Depending on your tastes, choose a location closer to the Gulf, a wooded setting, or overlooking Western Lake. Phase 1

Located in south WaterColor along the beach and shores of Western Lake. Communities in Phase One include: Beach Lane, The Cottage District, The Lake District, Park Row, Rainbow Row, Rose Garden Mews, Sunrise Ridge, Sunset Ridge, Tennis District and Town Center.

Phase 2

This is referred to as the camp district because of its proximity to Camp WaterColor and local parks. Communities within Phase Two include: Cinnamon Fern, Cypress Cove, Eastern Cove, Lake Forest, Mere Ridge, Pine Crest and Pine Ridge.

Phase 3

In the Lake District, you'll find a series of homes overlooking Western Lake with views of the Gulf. Communities within Phase 3 include: Cerulean Landing, Long Leaf Park, Oak Grove, Sand Hill, Sandy Creek, Vermillion Point, and Wiregrass Meadows.

Phase 4

Situated near the Crossing District, homes in Phase 4 are closing to shopping and have quiet properties backing onto State preserve. Communities within Phase Four include: Cedar Woods, Summersweet Place, and Turtle Ridge.
