Here are the semi-annual stats for the Destin and 30A market. You'll see they're broken down by area: 30A East, 30A West, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach / Sandestin Resort, Niceville and North Santa Rosa Beach. It's been a good year with gains in townhome, condo and single-family home sales.
Condo Stats for Destin & 30A
Up 17% from last year, condo sales in Destin and the 30A continue to improve. Home values increased 4% overall with the biggest gains in Niceville - 34% and Fort Walton Beach - 13%.
Single-Family Home Stats for Destin & 30A
Single-family home sales increased by 6%. Prices went up by 11% on average, with exceptional gains in Miramar Beach - 13%, 30A West - 17% and North Santa Rosa Beach - 20%.
Townhome Stats for Destin & 30A
Townhomes did especially well with a 19% increase overall. There were huge gains in Destin - 25%, Niceville - 33%, and Miramar Beach - 36%. Prices went up by 10%, with values increasing 17% in Fort Walton Beach, 29% in 30A West and 34% in Miramar/Sandestin.
Beachfront Homes in Destin & 30A
Sales of beachfront homes in Destin and along the 30A were up by 80% due to large increases along 30A East and Destin. The average sale price remained almost the same at just under 1%.
