This is primarily attributed to the wetter and cooler than normal weather that we had during February and March.  The number of Sandestin Homes for Sale incresase slightly by 11 units and buyers were abole to negotiate about 3% off list. Condo dwellers will love the choices of Sandestin Condos for sale. The beachfront complexes of Westwinds, Beachside, and Southwinds are range in size from 1br units to spacious penthouses.  All properties have gated entry, fitness facilities, and private swimming pools.  These properties provide expansive and panoramic views with the convenience of shared mainteance of common areas.  Equally as impressive are some of Sandestin's bayside condos including the Anchorage, Grand Harbour, and Vantage Pointe. In addition to the fine homes and condos in Sandestin, there are a variety of interesting activitities and amenities within the resort.  The full service marina docks some of the largest yachts along the Emerald Coast as well as fishing and pleasure boats.  Don't own a boat? No problem, rentals are available.  The marina also sells live bait, beverages, and snacks.  For those wanting something more vigourous, the tennis center is world class. Just make sure to reserve space in advance. When peace and quiet are on order, enjoy walking or jogging along the miles of paths that traverse the gorgeous landscape.
