We've put together a list of the top selling neighborhoods for these luxury home sales. This is great information for potential buyers, and to give sellers an idea of which areas are the hottest.

The median selling price for luxury homes was $815,000.  These luxury Destin and Gulf coast homes averaged 148 days on the market, and sold for 95% of the asking price. The average size was 3,020 square feet.
