We had a busier than average November for the Destin and Scenic 30A real estate market. There were 24% more homes and condos sold vs the same time last year. Properties took a little longer to sell, but real estate prices also increased substantially.

Condo prices increased 28% from November 2015, and single family home prices were 19% higher in November 2016.

Sales in Destin and along Scenic 30A remain brisk as we enter fall. While units sold declined slightly, total dollar volume of sales increased. Inventories are near an all time low and we are seeing upward pressure on prices.
