The average sale price was $421,496, about 4% higher than 2015.Destin and 30A Condos sold for 95% of their asking price in an average of 172 days. The highest price was $2,900,000 for a luxury 2-story condo in Andante in Seacrest; the lowest condo sold for $64,000 in Gulf Terrace.

I am going to be in Destin for a week starting the 11th. I am a snowbird starting Jan of next year. I'd like to fine a condo-home that would work well for my wife and myself in retirement, Jan-March and would be a great family or long term rental the rest of the year. Can you give me a listing of properties and or management teams I could work with to check on the financials of this.
