A boating utopia, this three-mile long peninsula is bordered by beach, harbor and pass. Man-made canals weave throughout the neighborhoods, leaving no shortage of private backyard docks. The East Pass is just a few minutes away by boat. Crab Island, the harbor, and other pleasure destinations are also close by.
There are only a handful of commercial establishments close to the entry on Holiday Isle, which greatly reduces traffic. It's not uncommon for Holiday Isle residents to leave the car parked at home and hop on a water taxi to their favorite harbor restaurant.
