Emerald Coast fishing tournament

It's time to get your gear ready and start thinking about the Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic. It's never too early to get your registration form in and start making plans. In the 2023 event, there was a total of 80 boats with $1,810,250 in Cash Awards. If you'll recall, the winner was Quantified with 13 Billfish releases.

Marlin fishing and Blue Marlin Classic

Anticipation is building for the 16th annual Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic at Sandestin Resort. Last year they set a record with 85 boats registered, this year is expected to be even higher. The Blue Marlin Classic runs from June 20-24, but the actual fishing begins at noon June 21 ending on the 23rd. Boats take off from Destin Pass after the horn blasts.
