The numbers are in for the top selling condos in the Destin, 30A area. The top three spots are once again Sandpiper Cove, Ariel Dunes and Waterscape. Overall, we saw a 12% increase in the number of condos sold along the Emerald Coast with prices going up an average 5%.
Ariel Dunes, located in Miramar Beach is moderately priced from the mid $200s to the mid $400s. It's a perfect spot for a vacation with lake and Gulf of Mexico views, resort-style amenities and golf course.
Sandpiper Cove is a low-rise condo in Holiday Isle and directly across the street from the beach entrance. Condos are economically priced from the mid $100s to the mid $300s.
Waterscape is a mid-rise condo right on the white sand beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Great for family vacations or turn-key investment opportunities, prices range from the mid $200s to just under $900,000. Waterscape is a sought after development, earlier this year we featured a listing that sold in just 1 day.
