2017 Condo Sales for Destin & 30A

The number of condos sold along the Emerald Coast increased by 12% compared to 2016. We saw huge increases in Niceville (+68%) and North Santa Rosa Beach (+50%). Average sale prices increased by 5%. Niceville condo owners will appreciate a 20% increase in average sale price and and 11% increase for Destin condos.

These are the hottest selling neigborhoods in Destin and the Emerald Coast for 2017.

Watersound continues to lead the pack with ultra-luxury homes in Watersound Beach, and a variety of price points in Watersound Origins. Selling prices ranged from about $455,000 to 6,300,000.

The triplex townhomes in Prominence continue to attract buyers. With prices starting at about $350,000, you can't go wrong. The interiors have been beautifully finished, and they're situated close to beaches, shopping the "Hub", the community town center. Sales of the new beach houses are also gaining momentum in Prominence Phase 2 with prices upwards of $600,000.

The numbers are in for the top selling condos in the Destin, 30A area. The top three spots are once again Sandpiper Cove, Ariel Dunes and Waterscape. Overall, we saw a 12% increase in the number of condos sold along the Emerald Coast with prices going up an average 5%.

Ariel Dunes, located in Miramar Beach is moderately priced from the mid $200s to the mid $400s. It's a perfect spot for a vacation with lake and Gulf of Mexico views, resort-style amenities and golf course.
