Here are the stats for the top selling condos in the Destin, 30A area from January to June, 2018. Compared to the same period in 2017, condo sales in Destin and the 30A have increased by 9% in the Number Sold, and 12% in Average Sale Price. Here are the Destin and 30A real estate stats for the period covering January to June 2018. You'll find a comparison to the same period last year.

2018 YTD Condo Sales for Destin & 30A

Destin condo sales increased by 24% with a 5% increase in Average Sales. The new Henderson Lofts has really taken off with 34 sales during this time period. Holiday Surf & Racquet, Silver Shells and Sterling Shores.

Condos in Miramar / Sandestin Resort showed a 21% increase in Number Sold and a substantial 20% Price Increase. Popular properties included Alerio, Amalfi Coast Resort, Ariel Dunes, Grand Dunes, Luau I & II, Tides at Tops'l and Tops'l Beach Manor.
