The number of overall condo sales in the Destin and 30A area increased by 7% in 2018. Average sale prices went up 15% and homes sold about 96% of their asking price. Some of the biggest gains in overall number of homes sold were in Destin (+19%), Navarre (+15%) and Miramar/Sandestin Resort (+10%).
Average sale prices for condos in 30A West jumped by 77%, 37% in 30A East and 16% in Miramar/Sandestin Resort.

Destin condo sales increased by 24% with a 5% increase in Average Sales. The new Henderson Lofts has really taken off with 34 sales during this time period. Holiday Surf & Racquet, Silver Shells and Sterling Shores.

2018 1st Quarter Condo Sales for Destin & 30A
Condos in the Destin and 30A area saw more substantial increases with a 21% gain overall in average condo prices. Several areas saw huge price increases including: 30A East (+71%), 30A West (+35%), Miramar/Sandestin Resort (+31%), and Niceville (+13%). There were 500 condos sold in the first quarter 2018 for an average 96% of list price.
The highest price condo sold was $2,200,000 in Sanctuary by the Sea.
